How billing works#
- All paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe
- Billing starts when you upgrade — prorated for the remaining days in the month
- Downgrading is prorated too — you get credit for unused time
- The Hobby plan is free forever with no credit card required
Upgrading & downgrading#
Open billing settings
Go to your dashboard, click your workspace name, then select "Billing".
Choose a new plan
Select the plan you want. You will see a preview of the prorated charge or credit.
Confirm
Click "Change plan". The change takes effect immediately.
When downgrading, your existing services continue running. If you exceed the new plan's limits, you will not be able to create new services until you are within limits.
Billing FAQ#
Can I change plans at any time?#
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?#
We will notify you before any limits are reached. Your services will continue running — we never shut down production workloads without warning.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?#
The Hobby plan is free forever. For paid plans, you can start with Hobby and upgrade when you are ready — no credit card required to start.
Do you offer annual billing?#
Annual billing with a discount is coming soon. Currently all plans are billed monthly.
What payment methods do you accept?#
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice.
Can I cancel my subscription?#
Yes, cancel any time from the billing page. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
